Part Time OPS Receptionist

The OPS Receptionist position is a part time position housed within the Administration and Operations Division under the direct supervision of the Human Resource Administrator.  The position’s hours are 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Receptionist is expected to perform switchboard/receptionist duties which may include, but are not limited to:

 - Handling all incoming calls and taking messages when necessary.
 - Screening incoming calls as requested.
- Routing incoming phone messages.
- Greeting the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receiving and sorting mail and packages
 - Maintaining fax machine and distribution of faxes to staff.
 - Searching Newspapers for articles about the District (Media Report)
